Job Title:- Pega Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Develop and implement Pega solutions, including workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and data models, using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
  • Customization & Integration: Customize and configure Pega solutions according to business requirements, and integrate Pega with other systems using REST/SOAP services, connectors, and APIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA to define requirements, perform code reviews, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Optimization: Optimize Pega applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues in production environments.
  • Compliance: Ensure that Pega solutions are compliant with enterprise security and governance policies.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in Pega technology and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Testing: Assist in the design and execution of testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

<>Required Skills:</>
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer.
  • Pega Certification: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required.
  • Pega PRPC: Strong experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega applications, including case management, rule creation, and user interface (UI) development.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with system integration using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies (e.g., JMS, MQ).
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2, including writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

  • Advanced Pega Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in working within sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
  • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with deploying Pega applications in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
