  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Location: Harrisburg, PA - only local candidates residing in PA will be considered.
Position Type: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Contract Length: 8 months

Position Overview:
The Application Developer will assist with upgrading the Resource First Portal (RFP) system to meet WCAG accessibility standards. The role involves working with ASP.Net, C#.Net, .NET MVC, and SQL Server, performing analysis, coding, testing, and upgrading applications to ensure accessibility compliance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of meeting deadlines, and proficient in developing both monolithic and microservices applications, with experience in Angular Framework and version control using TFS.

Duties:
  • Analysis, design, coding, and testing of application code.
  • Application troubleshooting and bug fixes.
  • Upgrade existing applications to WCAG accessible applications
  • Convert Monolithic applications to Microservices applications
  • Record, Verifying, Log and Document testing results.
  • Maintain versioning and source control with TFS.
  • Develop applications in Angular Framework
  • Document and present recommendations for issue/risk remediation to team leads and managers.
Required Skills:
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft .Net Framework with MVC
  • 3 years of experience with SQL Server 2016 or higher
  • 1 year of experience with SSRS
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft TFS or similar tool
  • 1 year of experience with Angular Framework
  • 1 year of experience with Microservices
  • 1 year of experience with ASP.NET
  • 1 year of experience with C#.NET
Preferred Skills:
  • 1 year of experience with XML
  • 1 year of experience with HTML
  • 1 year of experience with SSIS
  • 1 year of experience with GIS Mapping
  • 1 year of experience with Entity Framework
  • 1 year of experience with Telerik GUI Controls
  • 1 year of experience with WCAG Accessibility Development
