We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for a fully remote, short-term engagement. The key responsibilities include overseeing the migration process for the creation of 5,000 Azure accounts and possible laptop configuration for healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the creation of 5,000 Azure accounts, ensuring all users are set up within a one-week timeline.
• Coordinate laptop configurations as required, ensuring consistency and adherence to hospital IT protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital IT teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
• Coordinate between technical teams, align on tasks, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, effectively manage schedules, and minimize downtime to ensure a smooth migration.
• Provide support to users for 3 to 5 weeks post-migration, addressing issues as they arise and ensuring a seamless transition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT or similar environments.
• Familiarity with Azure environments, account setup, and laptop configuration.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with hospital IT teams and technical teams effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Ability to work independently and oversee the migration with minimal downtime and effective user support.

Engagement Length:

• Initial setup of users within one week.
• Follow-up support for 3 to 5 weeks after migration.
