This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other
interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge

alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate
impact.

What It's Like:

We are seeking a motivated and talented summer intern to join our team, focusing on the development of

AI/ML models. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in developing customer insights into

billing issues and providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into

AI/ML solutions.

Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to analyze customer billing data and identify

patterns and anomalies.

Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and

performance.

Generate insights from data analysis to identify key areas of improvement in billing processes.

Provide recommendations to the business based on model outputs to increase customer satisfaction.

Document and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships


  • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
