Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure effective management of stock levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Implement cost-saving strategies across the supply chain.
- Evaluate and establish supplier relationships to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop governance frameworks to ensure compliance with supply chain policies.
- Utilize ERP systems, specifically Epicor, to streamline operations and track performance.
- Conduct regular evaluations of supply chain processes and develop improvements.
- Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within the team and with external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain project management.
- Strong understanding of cost-saving strategies and inventory control techniques.
- Excellent negotiating skills and experience in supplier evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with international sourcing and process development.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
- Proficient in ERP systems, particularly Epicor.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
