Join us as an Engineering Program Manager and be at the forefront of the Tesla Semi program! You’ll lead cross-functional teams, driving groundbreaking advancements in vehicle technology and ensuring the end-to-end success of the LV Distribution product.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and enforce the LV Distribution timeline, aligning with Semi program milestones
  • Provide stakeholders with clear input on schedules, issues, and deliverables for all
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads from Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Integration, and many other teams to drive requirements, decision-making and track deliverables
  • Highlight risk and opportunities for program or executive reviews and drive improvements
  • Coordinate engineering requirements with supply chain teams for effective material planning
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication
  • Coordinate design changes implementation, including CRB reviews, line trials, and reworks
  • Facilitate communication between cross functional teams (i.e.: engineering, reliability, supply chain, factory, etc.)
  • Continuously enhance processes to improve efficiency and promote best practices within LV Distribution and Tesla


  • What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hardware development for medium to high-volume industries
  • Familiarity with CAD programs, ideally CATIA/3DX
  • Proficient in scheduling software, with MS Projects preferred
  • Experience in successfully leading a team of Engineers (i.e.: SAE team)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively
  • Experience in international supplier management
  • Willingness to travel to factories or suppliers
  • Strong ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Expected Compensation

    $88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
