Bilingual Receptionist Needed ASAP

As our receptionist, you will be the voice and face of Igloo. We need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be a success in this position you will need to be Bilingual (Spanish), customer focused, reliable, and professional.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive office visitors in a professional manner, have them sign in on the visitor’s iPad and issue a visitor’s badge.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls.
  • Assist recruiters with calls for interview day.
  • Provides professional and courteous assistance when responding to inquiries.
  • Assists with maintaining files, data entry, scans and copies documents and updating database information as needed.
  • Maintains the Employee badge system and handles badges for orientation.
  • Handles lunch bags and shift cards for new hires.
  • Provides general support and assistance to the staff in various clerical duties.
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of documents and data.
  • Assist employees with general questions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High School and 3 years’ experience working with the public.
  • Experience: Must be knowledgeable and highly efficient in taking all incoming calls for the company and direct the calls to the appropriate individuals. Must be tactful, courteous and well-groomed. Must have excellent communication skills and forward accurate information by phone or e-mail as necessary to the various departments in a timely manner.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • English language skills: fluent, able to understand and speak Spanish
  • Math skills: GED level
  • Physical Demands essential to the job: Perform several functions at once, sitting for long periods, use keyboard and PC
  • Work environment: front office
