The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software engineering, strong knowledge of C# .NET, and a proven track record in team leadership. This position is based in Westford, MA.. How you will do it
Lead multiple teams of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based applications.
Manage and lead a team of 11 Software Engineers.
Collaborate with product management and key stakeholders to define and prioritize the team's objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and quality.
Mentor and develop team members, providing career guidance and professional growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to best practices for software development.
What you will need
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
