Job Overview:

Typical Day in the Role:

This team is the advanced development lab for DC groups.

They build and test everything like battery systems, animation cooling systems, etc.

This role will contribute to standardizing stuff around the labs like inventory control, procurement and finance documents, etc. in the organization.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 25% meetings, 75% heads down

Candidate Requirements:

3-4+ overall years of experience in the field.
Not required but bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field is a plus. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) not required but a major plus!

The ideal resume would contain SharePoint, teams, excel, Visio experience. Logistics experience. RFID system experience.

Performance will be assessed based on quality of work. This is a results driven team.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

1. Minimum 2+ years experience with project tracking/organizing data.

They will be maintaining and continuously improving the project tracking system to include organizing and cleaning up the data in a manner so that data can be looked up and found quickly.

2. Minimum 2+years experience with analytic skills

3. Minimum 2+ years experience with Project Management

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative PM to join our Data Center Research & Development team.

This position is responsible for developing, executing, and documenting project tracking, as well as developing inventory management policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process management and will be responsible for implementing and auditing systems that enhance our operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up bar-code or RFID Tag based inventory tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

-Evaluate best methods for managing our inventory of test equipment.
-Develop and implement a comprehensive inventory management plan.
-Create comprehensive documentation on how to use and maintain the inventory system.
-Ensure the accuracy and reliability of inventory records.
-Monitor and report on inventory levels, usage trends, and any discrepancies.
-Track subscription services and document procurement methods for subscription software.
-Efficiently deploy resources and equipment to projects with highest needs.

Project Tracking:

-Collaborate with the project management team to develop a robust project tracking system.
-Implement a system that tracks updates on projects, reports progress, and documents testing results.
-Ensure the project tracking system is user-friendly and meets the needs of all stakeholders.
-Maintain and continuously improve the project tracking system.
-Provide training and support to team members on the use of the tracking system.

Required Qualifications:

- experience in supply chain management, process management, project management, or a similar role.
-Proven experience in developing and implementing inventory management systems.
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills and Additional Qualifications:

-Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
-Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
-Experience in a research and development environment.
-Familiarity with data center operations and test equipment.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
-Lab Management Experience in which multiple stakeholders utilize lab resources.
-RFID Tag based inventory management systems.

Title: Project Manager (Non Tech 2)

Pay: $65-$68/hour (Depending upon experience)
