Partners Personnel is seeking a skilled and reliable Inventory & Claims Manager for our client located in Lithonia GA. As an Inventory & Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control and managing product claims. This role is critical to ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and handling claims related to damaged, defective, or lost products. The manager will work closely with warehouse teams, vendors, and other departments to streamline inventory processes and resolve claims efficiently, helping to maintain a high level of operational accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and conduct cycle counts.
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, picking, and product organization.
  • Investigate and communicate with customers regarding claims and determine liability, working with suppliers, vendors, and customers to reach resolutions.
  • Ensure all claims are filed in a timely manner and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in inventory and claims processes and recommend improvements to reduce waste and errors.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and communication regarding inventory and claims.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shrinkage, claims status, and other KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, claims processing, or a related field, preferably in the appliance or logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
