Summary: Seeking a Software Specialist III to provide technical support, device staging, and troubleshooting for end-user devices.
Requirements:
Must be able to travel, up to 50% travel
Must participate in the on-call after-hours support rotation
High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Subject to Government Public Trust security investigation
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities:
Provide deskside support for dispatched tickets from the Service Desk
Stage devices by installing OS, renaming computers, joining domains, and installing software
Perform break/fix support for desktop devices including laptops, desktops, printers, VTC/AV
Deploy and retrieve new end-user devices with user tutorials
Install specialty software not packaged in SCCM
Remove devices from the network as directed by Security Operations Center
Order parts for hardware repair with approval and coordinate with third-party vendors
Provide setup and technical A/V support in conference rooms
Provide setup and technical VTC support including monitoring high-profile user conferences
Compile recorded conferences for customers
Perform PIN PIV resets using security solutions
Monitor ServiceNow ticketing system queue and resolve end-user incident/request tickets promptly
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
