  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:
Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer on a contract basis. This role is perfect for a developer who specializes in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will help ensure accurate configuration management, service mapping, event management, and overall IT operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other IT systems and third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow and automation of IT operations.
  • Monitor ITOM performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system configurations to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support ITOM best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Create and maintain documentation for ITOM configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer or similar role, with hands-on expertise in implementing ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CMDB configuration and integration with other IT systems.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell for automation and integration.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across IT and business functions.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITOM, are a plus.

  • ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, MID Server, JavaScript, ITIL, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, ITSM, and Discovery.
