An amazing Talent Acquisition team at a well known and stable, global investment manager is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Analyst to provide a broad spectrum of support related to recruiting, new hire facilitation and administration, and ad hoc projects and initiatives. The Recruiting Analyst will report into the Managing Director, Global Talent Acquisition in Human Resources in their NYC location.

This role is 3 days / week onsite , 2 days remote and offers a strong benefits package, base salary + OT and discretionary bonus
Responsibilities
Recruiting
• Work alongside outside vendors and internal recruitment team to assist with sourcing and screening applicants to managers for further review and assist managers with interview and selection process. Solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Extend job offers and conduct reference checks
Facilitate the New Hire Process
• Draft offer letters for new hires
• Initiate new hire process and facilitate all steps in their internal onboarding system
• Submit new hires for background checks and act as a liaison between GTA and background check vendors
• Review background check reports for accuracy
Process background check vendor invoices for accuracy and produce the allocation reports
• Manage new hire entry in Workday
• Follow new hires through the Workday approval process to ensure timely approval for HR Onboarding and IT processing
Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the weekly open jobs, candidates in hiring and Japan hire reports
• Manage job postings including LinkedIn and internal careers page and employee referral websites
• Assist in the execution of the Summer Intern Program
• Work on ad hoc projects to support GTA goals and milestones as assigned
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree
• 1+ year of experience in a financial services industry
• Superior work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve and think critically
• Success developing strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Workday is a plus
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus
• Ability to work overtime and to respond to occasional business requests after routine office hours
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
