Control Panel Test Technician - Direct Hire
A well-known automation company in North Attleboro, MA has an immediate opening for a Test Technician.

This is a direct hire opportunity!

1st Shift of the Test Technician:
Monday -Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate of the Test Technician:
$28/hr-$29.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Test Technician:
  • Interface with Panel Designers and System Engineers
  • Visual inspection
  • Validate workmanship of completed panel assemblies
  • Point to point wiring validation
  • Power Up (line voltages up to 480 VAC 3PH)
  • Program downloads
  • Interconnecting field devices such as motors, sensors, switches
  • Perform system tests to validate correct device and system functions
  • Photo documentation of finished panel, mark-up of engineering drawings (red-lines) to as-built and preparation of engineering change orders
  • Document test findings, and write and update test procedures
Requirements:
  • Testing control panel experience is needed
  • Electrical panel assembly
  • testing tools; multimeters, voltmeters etc needed
