Job Title: Technical Support Associate Weekend Shift
Work Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Position Type: 6Months Contract

Are you passionate about solving IT issues and enjoy a dynamic work environment? We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Technical Support Associate in Lewisville, TX. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology, supporting daily operations and projects. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and love working on weekends, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Shift Details:
Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM 7:00 PM
Monday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Note: Training will be conducted during normal business hours before transitioning to this weekend shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for PCs, MACs, printers, servers, and networks.
  • Restore services for daily operations and assist with project efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and improve IT systems.
  • Work with a variety of platforms including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a corporate network environment.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, AD, and FTP protocols.
  • Knowledge of computer operations, IT infrastructure, and communications protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
