Your role and impact
As a Support Engineer at 98point6, you'll have the opportunity to maintain and improve our legacy telehealth platform. We re looking for a generalist support engineer to help us define and develop our future.

- You are good at digging through code to find the root cause of issues
- You work well in scrappy, ambiguous environments
- You have worked with a little bit of everything in your career
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the customer support team to understand, diagnose and fix software issues
- Support our integrations with external healthcare systems
- Independently clarify technical requirements and assess development estimates
- Manage a production application that patients, doctors and clinical staff depend upon
- Participate in 24/7 on call responsibilities on a rotational basis
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience supporting systems built on a serverless architecture in AWS, utilizing services such as CloudWatch, CloudFormation, S3 and others
- 2+ years of experience working with TypeScript
- A high level of ownership, flexibility and self-direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Mirth or another Healthcare Integration Engine
- Experience with Java or Rust
