  • Manage complex initiatives, focusing on projects such as the migration of our Contact Center Platform and Carrier Migration, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate smaller-scale projects, including the migration of remote sites to the Cisco platform, applying your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to facilitate collaboration and streamline project execution.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to ensure project success, adapting to dynamic project requirements.
  • Effectively manage timelines, resources, and budgets to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Oversee projects related to the migration of our Clinical Contact Center platform, ensuring smooth integration processes.

Required Skills
  • In-depth understanding of Atlassian Jira.
  • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies.
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge in About Time software and AB Testing.
  • Background in Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of budgetary processes and change management.
