We are looking for a Crystal Reports Developer to join a medical supplies company committed to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our close-knit team values innovation, reliability, and a customer-first approach. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile and skilled developer to join our IT department. This role will also involve network administration and providing user support, making it a key position in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining reports that provide critical insights to our business operations using Crystal Reports. In addition, you will help manage our internal network, troubleshoot user issues, and assist with various IT functions that support our team's efficiency. This dual role requires a blend of technical expertise in database reporting, SQL, and network administration.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Crystal Reports to support various business functions (e.g., sales, inventory, finance).
  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather reporting requirements and ensure reports meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports for better performance and accuracy.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Assist in maintaining and administering the company's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security protocols.
  • Provide help desk support to internal users for network and IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Monitor and maintain network health, ensuring uptime and availability for business operations.
  • Install and configure network hardware (servers, routers, firewalls) and ensure proper documentation of the network setup.
  • Work closely with the IT Manager and other team members to ensure the security and smooth operation of our systems.
  • Participate in regular IT projects, such as system upgrades, data migrations, and network improvements.
