  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Primary Job Function: controls technician for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems will perform service calls and work on larger projects under the direction of a project manager or controls engineer. This includes working with DDC controllers, low voltage wiring, DDC graphical programming (ABB, Distech, Tridium), wiring diagrams and mechanical plans, as well as performing other assigned tasks as required.

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekends as required

Pay Scale: $18 - $23 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • High level of mechanical aptitude
  • High level of computer aptitude
  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
  • Completion of HVAC trade school is preferred
  • Must be willing to work hard!

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with controls
  • Experience with MS Visio
  • Experience with Cylon, Distech Controls and/or Tridium Niagara
  • Experience with DDC, PLC, or similar Ladder-Logic programming
