We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Designer in Villanova, Pennsylvania. The role involves supporting creative brand projects with a strong focus on design rather than concepting. The successful candidate will be expected to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, utilizing specific skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:
Creating and designing digital assets such as banner ads and brochures to support brand awareness campaigns.
Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, to deliver high-quality designs.
Ensuring all design work aligns with the overall brand experience and messaging.
Working closely with the creative team to deliver design work for various channels and touchpoints.
Responding quickly to design requests and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Adjusting and updating designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Keeping up to date with the latest design trends and incorporating these into design work where appropriate.
Ensuring all design work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistency in design across all brand touchpoints.
Contributing to the overall success of the creative team by sharing ideas, insights, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role as a Digital Designer
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
Experience in creating and designing Advertisements, Artwork, Banner Ads, and Brochures
Demonstrated skills in creating designs for brand awareness campaigns
Must have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of current design trends and techniques for digital media
Comfortable receiving feedback and making necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback
Proven ability to take a project from concept to launch
Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design
Experience with responsive design for different devices and screen sizes.
