Akkodis is seeking a Field Service Technician for a Contract job with a client in California CA. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware, particularly HP PC products.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour

Field Service Technician job responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on-site for HP PC Products, including laptops, desktops, and workstations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing critical service events and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with escalation teams to implement technical action plans for resolving PC/printer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HP's contractual commitments through timely service delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of technical/mechanical hardware repair experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Onsite customer-facing experience with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
