  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Assist with the collection of third-party vendor information from various systems of record and databases
  • Facilitate the collection of required artifacts and supporting documents on a regular cadence from various data sources and input them into Third-Party Risk Management system
  • Scheduling and deployment of performance surveys within vendor ongoing monitoring system
  • Scheduling and deployment of vendor Due Diligence Questionnaires within Third-Party Risk Management system
  • Follow up with business owners on the completion of outstanding Due Diligence Questionnaires
  • Closing Due Diligence tickets in Third-Party Risk Management system
  • Manage multiple projects at one time: meeting deadlines and expectations


Skills:
  • Experience in Audit, Banking, Fintech, Financial Services or other regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Experience with vendor management and/or procurement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time; meeting deadlines and expectations
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Must have a high proficiency in working with Apple products for business

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems
