People & Culture Manager - Communications Creative Agency, New York

Our client is a global communications agency with a luxury brands client base and have an opportunity for a People & Culture Manager to partner with their US offices.
Based in New York and partnering 2 additional US offices this role reports into a Global Head of People in UK and has a client group circa x 120. A full HR generalist remit - you'll partner the leadership strategically on people plans, alongside full HR operational responsibilities. As sole HR professional in the market - you will be comfortable in an SME environment and used to working both top down and bottom up.
You will work closely with the wider global HR team and have the chance to drive positive transformation and progressive people initiatives. This opportunity requires strong US employment law knowledge, experience of overseeing payroll, developing talent management programmes and a coaching style to enable management capability.
Successful candidates will have worked within an SME sized business, be located in New York and bring strong HR Generalist experience to this high profile environment. Ideally bringing HR experience working in luxury, fashion, creative or communications
