What you"ll do

As a Health Outcomes Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing health outcomes assessment initiatives within a healthcare organization or related field. Your primary objective will be to evaluate, analyze, and improve healthcare services, programs, or interventions to enhance patient outcomes, quality of care, and overall healthcare efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate healthcare programs, services, and interventions to measure their impact on patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
  • Analyze healthcare data using statistical methods and interpret findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve health outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
  • Implement and oversee health outcomes assessment plans and methodologies.
  • Manage and maintain healthcare data repositories, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and summaries of outcomes assessment findings for internal stakeholders and regulatory purposes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, researchers, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration in outcomes assessment activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure outcomes assessment efforts align with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated with current healthcare research, trends, and evidence-based practices in outcomes assessment.
  • Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance outcomes assessment methodologies and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines in health outcomes research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive healthcare data and information.

Who Are You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare outcomes research, health economics, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and outcomes assessment methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across various departments.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in healthcare research and data management.
