As the IT Technician and Programmer, you will be responsible for the overall functionality and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the department heads to support the programs in place.

As the IT Technician and Programmer, you will be responsible for the overall functionality and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the department heads to support the programs in place.
Responsibilities
- Transition In-house software to off the shelf software where applicable.
- Maintain and improve programs and systems that run the processing plant.
- Oversee and maintain the computer system companywide. Light network administration.
- Ability to find and fix any errors in in-house programs, systems and software.
- Install hardware and software as needed.
- Run analytics for various departments.
- Develop and strengthen internal processes and controls.
- Work with our MSP to handle larger network issues.
- A solid understanding of manufacturing business processes
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Business Central software and financial analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal qualities of integrity, problem solving, proactive approach, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Visual FoxPro
- Python, Postgresql, Docker, Django
- Excel
- Data Analysis
- PowerAps, PowerAutomate
