  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This person is responsible for assisting new and existing customers by providing product information regarding our maintenance plans, assessing customers' needs to help them choose the plan that best suits their situation and providing the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the maintenance plan products and services we offer
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Issue and process documents related to maintenance plans

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
