GVS is currently recruiting for the following position:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
? Daily Bank Reconciliation including all transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
? Daily Customer Invoice Posting
? Daily processing of Customer of credit card payments and remote check deposits
? Accounts Receivable Aging Analysis and Collections
? Assist with Month End Close Activities
? Month End Journal Entries
? Intercompany Reconciliations
? Balance Sheet Reconciliations
? Understanding of Accounts Payable process
? Will provide multisite support (oversee multiple locations accounting support)
Requirements:
? Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance
? 3+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
? ERP system experience (Great Plains Dynamics a plus)
? General Ledger Experience
? High level of proficiency with MS Excel
? Detail oriented, self-organized and ability to show initiative and take responsibility
? Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
