Project Manager

Job Overview:

Bresco Broadband, a growing ISP company focused on commercial sales and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) installations, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project management efforts. This role is essential for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, reporting, and cost tracking, while collaborating with various teams to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Develop detailed project plans, scopes of work (SOW), and bills of materials (BOM).

Manage project resources, including scheduling team members and ordering materials.

Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to corporate values.

Participate in pre-construction meetings, conduct site surveys, and validate project requirements.

Perform periodic quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with project plans.

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project success.

Track project progress, costs, and prepare detailed reports for management.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Mentor and develop junior project managers or associate project managers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, IT, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.

Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, construction, and commercial installations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site drawings, and technical diagrams.

Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) installations and commercial sales projects.

Familiarity with VoIP, fiber optic networks, and value-added services (e.g., security cameras, access control).

Knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques.
