We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible, under the direction of the Information Systems Manager, for the maintenance of Information Technology (IT) solutions at our facilities. You Will:
  • Perform IT Support promptly by assisting staff and users to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware & software challenges by operating procedure problems by telephone, remote access, or in person.
  • Analyze technical requirements of customer(s) desiring to utilize hardware, software, communications, and operating procedures to perform installation and maintenance responsibilities to workstations and peripherals.
  • Perform on-call and after-hours support as needed to maintain business continuity.
  • Identify areas of the business which require upgraded hardware, software, communications, and operating procedures.
  • Installs, adjusts, and completes minor repairs to hardware, software, and communication equipment.
  • Perform and prepare report generation, programming, and technical documentation.
  • Reference technical, online materials, and other methods to stay up to date and aware of new hardware, software, and communication solutions.
  • Manage external vendors for support, project management, and flawless execution of projects, fixes, upgrades, etc.
  • Maintain documentation for calls, technical solutions, knowledge base and other information to support long term solutions and follow-up.
  • Create, maintain, and implement reporting solutions based on business priorities and needs.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on larger infrastructure projects.

You Have:
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) from two-year college or trade school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
