  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Senior VMware Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware technologies, Dell Blade Servers, Veeam Backup solutions, and storage management. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our client's virtualized environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and related services.
  • Configure and maintain Dell Blade Servers, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
  • Implement Veeam Backup solutions for data protection and disaster recovery, including backup and replication strategies.
  • Manage storage solutions, including SAN/NAS environments, to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to virtualization and storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to virtualization and storage.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in VMware administration and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Dell Blade Servers and related hardware.
  • Proficiency in Veeam Backup and Replication solutions.
  • Experience with storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS, and storage protocols).
  • VMware certifications (e.g., VCP, VCAP) are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
