Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the management of a comprehensive portfolio of strategic initiatives and related technology efforts (including end to end project management responsibilities include building and implementing comprehensive project plans, project execution, status reporting, performance dashboards, template for roadmaps, risk monitoring, stakeholdering with key partners, potential interactions with vendors, etc) ensuring alignment with business objectives and addressing interdependencies to maximize business outcomes
  • Has oversight of the purpose, status, and plans for all projects as well as cross-project dependencies and achievement of business outcomes
  • Together with Initiative leads, plans the portfolio initiatives from inception to completion with clear deadlines, milestones, processes, and defined success metrics
  • Works together with Finance to define business value, ROI, and oversee financial planning and execution of projects to ensure proper budget management of all projects
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
  • Works with agile coaches and road managers and proactively apply agile practices and principles
  • Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and processes and works together with the change manager on the human side of change
  • Applies change, risk and resource management principles when needed
  • Checks with stream leads and managers to determine progress and issues
  • Ensure project operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to senior management with detailed and accurate dashboards, reports or presentations on the progress, risks and success of the initiatives
  • Facilitates meetings and conference calls (leading the flow and keeping them on track) including scheduling the meetings; developing agendas and meeting minutes; providing and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items from the meetings


Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or strategic planning within a technology environment
  • Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional technology projects and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with experience applying agile practices and principles in a technology-driven environment
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning, ROI analysis, and performance evaluation
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior management
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is highly desirable
  • Experience with change management practices and tools to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies
