Training Development Lead (TDL) - USEPA eLearning Projects

About Us:
EnDyna is seeking an experienced Training Development Lead (TDL) to manage eLearning projects for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). We are a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering high-quality training development services for federal government agencies. The TDL will play a key role in creating impactful training materials that support USEPA s mission.

Position Overview:

The Training Development Lead (TDL) will manage and lead eLearning training projects for the USEPA, overseeing the design and development of interactive training courses. This hybrid position requires a combination of remote and in-office work, with a minimum of three days per week at our Tysons, Virginia office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    Oversee the development and delivery of training projects for federal clients, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion that meets high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead a team of 3-5 training developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering collaboration.
  • Instructional Design:
    Use your expertise in analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to create engaging and effective eLearning courses.
  • Content Development:
    Leverage tools such as Adobe Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other equivalent platforms to design interactive eLearning materials. EnDyna provides all necessary licensed software.
  • Interactive Game Development:
    Use your experience in interactive game design to create immersive and engaging training modules.
  • Commuting:
    Must reside within daily commuting distance of Tysons, Virginia, and be able to work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, eLearning Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience developing interactive training courses for U.S. government agencies.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of 3 or more training developers.
  • Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Adobe Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with interactive game development for training purposes.
  • Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Tysons, Virginia.
