About the Role:

As a Technical Account Manager, you ll play a key role in managing relationships with clients, consultants, and technical teams. You ll be the go-to expert for AV solutions, introducing our cutting-edge products and ensuring they are smoothly integrated into client projects. This is a role for someone who loves both technology and people, as it requires technical know-how and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with at least 75% of our consultants and technical managers.
  • Introduce and explain the benefits of new products, keeping clients up-to-date with the latest innovations.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss their product needs and any potential improvements.
  • Conduct research into product groups as requested by our marketing team.
  • Proactively follow up on completed projects and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Assist consultants and dealers with their project or tender needs.
  • Troubleshoot on-site when needed, providing hands-on support.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training sessions on-site when requested.
  • Support dealer and trade shows, as well as events
  • Help resolve technical issues, particularly when more than 10 support requests are logged without a clear solution.
  • Ensure technical documentation is correctly translated, if necessary.

About You:

  • 5-10 years of experience in AV integration and design.
  • Strong technical background in the AV industry.
  • A Bachelor s degree in Electronics (preferred).
  • You re proactive, solutions-oriented, and enjoy working with both technology and people.

  • Provide monthly reports on client visits and technical support activities.
