Employment Type: 6 - 12 month Contract with possibility of extension
Work Shift: Standard Business Hours, (40 hours a week) M - F

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a related field (Required)

• 5-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with previous experience as a Project Management Assistant (PMA) (Preferred).

• Experience with AS8 and WPT systems is (Required).

• Strong time management, contract management, and back-office accounts payable skills.

• Must have reliable transportation for walkdowns and job site visits.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (Required).

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mid-level Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work environment located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong time management, contract management, and back-office accounts payable skills, with previous experience as a Project Management Assistant (PMA) and familiarity with AS8 and WPT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.

• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain business process models and documentation for clarity and compliance.

• Create functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

• Identify and document project risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.

• Support the development and testing of new systems or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Provide training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.

• Participate in the evaluation and selection of software and systems to meet organizational objectives.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $61.00 per hour
