Job Description:

The Business Analyst will support quality and performance initiatives by developing reports and dashboards, tracking clinical outcomes, and improving patient safety. They will analyze data to create meaningful reports, maintain expert knowledge of their business area, and provide excellent customer service. The role includes managing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, handling new data requests, and balancing ongoing work with new projects. Collaboration with the Executive and Quality Improvement teams for the East Florida division, covering seven hospitals, is essential.

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics (business analyst/data analyst)
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Proficiency with data visualization and statistical analysis tools (preferably Power BI, Qlik Products, Tableau, Minitab, R, Stata, or SAS)
  • Familiarity with data management tools and techniques (preferably MS Access and SQL)
  • Experience with data mining/extraction tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Healthcare experience
