The Video Media Trading Specialist plays a crucial role in partnering with Client Success Managers and Client Partners to craft strategic recommendations aimed at client retention and business growth. Our Traders are viewed as trusted consultants, dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal performance. They also collaborate closely with various internal teams, such as Product Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, to test and enhance our offerings. This position is a fully REMOTE role.

What You ll Do:

  • Manage the daily trading operations for a designated portfolio of accounts, providing support to revenue and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to infuse extensive product knowledge into trading strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Independently oversee multiple accounts, identifying growth opportunities and proactively addressing client needs alongside the Client Success team.
  • Train both new and existing clients across all operational aspects of our platform, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for newcomers.
  • Specialize in specific product offerings, serving as a go-to resource for the internal business team.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance client business performance through innovative strategies, such as savings analysis, campaign planning, performance measurement, and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Mentor team members, particularly in trading-related topics, sharing your expertise to elevate team knowledge.
  • Contribute beyond your primary responsibilities by engaging in cultural initiatives, collaborating with peers, developing case studies, participating in new product beta tests, and providing valuable feedback to our Product Team.
  • Clearly communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences, adapting your messaging to varying levels of expertise.

Who You Are:

  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience in a consultative, client-facing role within ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or similar data-intensive industries.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrate exceptional clarity and communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Possess a strong quantitative background and a passion for extracting insights from large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to handle and analyze complex data sets.
