Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to help them interpret data and address business challenges through data analytics.
  • Design and build standard reports and dashboards using multiple data sources for various business processes, providing analytical insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes, reporting tools, and data structure to identify and deliver actionable intelligence, proposing new metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and tools as needed.
  • Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analysis requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
  • Provide training on reporting and analytic platforms, data models, and reporting technologies.
  • Document business intelligence systems and related processes.
  • Handle first-level reviews and responses to data service requests from business users.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in an Information Systems-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, with a focus on Power BI.
  • Experience in business intelligence or data analysis through work experience or formal education.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SSMS, Power BI, and SSRS.
  • Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles.
  • Experience in report and visualization design and development.
  • Advanced ability to review raw data and extract relevant insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
