Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Technician CMM Programmer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in verifying that our products meet customer requirements while identifying opportunities for improvement. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have experience programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs for product inspections.
  • Perform inspections in accordance with engineering drawings, routings, and customer specifications.
  • Measure, test, and monitor product and process quality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Keyence IM programs.
  • Create Certificates of Conformance and Cert Packages.
  • Safeguard our customers by ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and uphold AS9100 quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, crouching, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and CMM Manager Software.
  • Experience with Keyence IM software.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerance requirements.
  • Familiarity with various inspection tools, including micrometers, optical comparators, depth gauges, and calipers.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, Adobe, and database navigation.
