Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Workday Financials Leader specializing in the Customer Accounts module. The individual will possess a thorough understanding of Workday functionalities related to Customer Billing, Contracts, Invoice Settlement, and Revenue Recognition and will be adept at engaging with clients to tailor and optimize their accounts based on nuanced requirements. The ideal candidate will be certified in Workday Financials with in-depth practical knowledge of the domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Workday Finance Customer Accounts Management, demonstrating expertise in the area and taking ownership from understanding client needs to final implementation of solutions.
- Engage with clients responsible for Customer Accounts to grasp their unique demands, discuss possibilities, and adapt configurations, performing necessary tests before deploying to the live environment.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with the client to monitor ongoing concerns, address new challenges, and maintain oversight of task distribution through ServiceNow or similar system management platforms.
- Provision of robust support to fellow team members, ensuring seamless operations and continuity of service to clients.
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with Engagement Managers (Directors), as well as with cross-functional project team members, escalating pertinent issues to management for resolution or intervention.
- Execute client engagements with precision, managing workstreams that aim to refine, optimize, and transform existing processes to align with best practices, improve quality, and enhance operational performance.

The role calls for a person who is adept at both individual initiative and collaborative project navigation, with a strong capability to guide process improvement and drive substantive outcomes within the client's Workday Financials framework.
