Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Austin TX
Type: Hybrid (Onsite in the beginning)
Pay: $23/hr
Shift : Day
Duration: 6 months
Job Summary: The HR Specialist supports multiple HR Operational processes including report creation, process oversight, assist HRBPs with terminations, and other administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage office attendance reporting from various systems to verify minimum requirement are met
· Share reports via email with people managers and HR Business Partners, to follow up on the sending of warning letters via email and DocuSign
· Monitor email and respond to inquiries.
· Create a tracking process and maintain records for follow-up and policy compliance on-going.
· Ensure employee termination processes are completed, supporting HR Business Partners.
· Assist with other administrative tasks in support of HR Business Partners and VP, Human Resources
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:· Knowledge of HR Operations.
· Proficient in Excel and database system
· Experience with managing multiple stakeholders
· Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
· Attention to details
· Ability to complete tasks on deadlines.
Qualifications:· 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
