  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're looking for a skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive innovation. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge Data Science, Machine Learning and GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge LLM solutions.
  • Build robust data and deployment pipelines for ML models.
  • Develop and optimize ML models aligned with business objectives.
  • Document and communicate technical details effectively.
  • Contribute to strategic AI initiatives and technical decision-making.
  • Partner with clients and informatics departments to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a technical expert and troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in LLM applications development, including RAG solutions and code interpreters.
  • Proficiency in LLM fine-tuning.
  • Expertise in building data and deployment pipelines for LLM applications.
  • Strong foundation in ML/AI toolkits like AWS Sagemaker (experience with Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, MXNet, H20, etc. is a plus).
  • Familiarity with MLOps technologies (Sagemaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow).
  • Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Docker.
  • Proven scripting and automation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Git, Bash, Linux, CI/CD tools, software lifecycle, RDB, and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and test-driven development.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
  • Experience with deploying scalable applications and working with clinical study data is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, EE) or Life Sciences with significant computational experience.
  • 5+ years of working experience in Data Science.
  • 2+ years of commercial Data Engineering, ML Engineering, MLOps, or UI/UX engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
