NYC based consulting firm is seeking a confident, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to gain exposure to finance and corporate operations.

Onsite Monday-Friday

Hours: 7.30am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to several executives, with a focus on complex calendar management, coordinating both personal and business travel, and event planning (on-site and off-site).
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and follow-through.
  • Manage scheduling and communication across various departments and externally with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for several executives, tracking them to completion.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks without prompting, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance, with a strong academic track record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, as well as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of motivation, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
