The role:

You will report into the Associate Director of Creative Systems & Sourcing, Americas Region and will create graphic design projects for Goldwell, KMS, KERASILK, Varis and Oribe to support the demands of the Americas Region Marketing/Commercial Strategy & Planning and Country Commercial Strategy & Marketing teams. You will be responsible for print and digital content.

What you will do:

  • Create compelling and progressive brand imagery within the established brand Design standards and guidelines. Produce artwork and content design for web, social media, and other digital outlets
  • Support the Regional Delivery teams with print, non-print and digital collateral such as brochures, advertisements, in-salon visuals and signage, and other marketing and promotional materials. Simultaneously produce multiple projects efficiently on concurrent timelines
  • Work closely with any third parties to ensure the correct use of brand imagery, according to Design standards
  • Oversee and facilitate projects from conception to creating, and through final production as required

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
  • Experience (4+ years) graphic design with fashion, beauty or luxury industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe INDD, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of print and other types of material production
  • Competency in digital asset creation, including interactive materials, e-blasts, social media assets, ECOM assets
  • Highly detailed-oriented with unprompted follow-through
  • Must be a flexible, determined and an excellent team player
  • Hyper-organized, meticulous, deadline oriented, & works well under pressure
  • Strong familiarity with various digital file types
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and work in a remote setting
  • Social media competency a plus
