  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Are you passionate about making complex technical concepts easy to understand? We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team and create top-notch documentation for our cloud-based software applications!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft user guides, FAQs, and reference materials for a variety of audiences.
  • Apply information architecture principles to design comprehensive online documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and create content that empowers users to be self-sufficient.
  • Research and experiment to become an expert on our products and processes.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in software documentation projects.
  • Expertise with DITA XML, Madcap Flare, and structured authoring tools.
  • Strong writing skills to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and basic graphic design skills (PowerPoint).
  • Experience with API documentation, translation projects, and digital adoption platforms is a plus.
