We are seeking an IT Support Specialist skilled in managing identity, access, and device support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle troubleshooting, assisting users, and managing devices across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage identity and access with Okta
  • Support Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
  • Administer Windows laptops via Intune and MacOS laptops via Jamf
  • Track and resolve issues using Jira/Confluence
  • Collaborate with teams through Slack
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and user support for technical issues
