In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, and high-quality standards. Your expertise will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
  • Collaborate and communicate clearly with production, procurement, and sales teams to align resources and ensure timely availability of materials and components.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess.
  • Manage any production changes, delays, or issues, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
