  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Role: Java/J2EE Developer Professional
Assignment Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Hybrid - Onsite in McLean Tuesday through Thursday.

Must Have Qualifications: 2 Minimum of years (with a preference for 3-4) of hands on development experience. This is a back end position. Java is a must. On the database side, Sybase, db2 or Postgres would all be great with a preference for Postgres. Preference Angular experience, but it really is just a preference since this is only a backend.

  • Qualifications

    o 4+ years’ experience in Information Technology.
    o Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience.
    o 4+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Java/J2EE applications, Spring Framework (Spring Boot), Selenium/Cucumber (test automation), relational databases, SQL, AWS, web services (SOAP/REST), CI/CD frameworks, Apigee, Autosys/Shell scripting, Angular, Java Script, UNIX/Linux.
    o Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to analyze system functionality with customer and resolve production issues.
    o Experience applying Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
    o Practical experience designing and building enterprise and/or distributed systems.
    o Demonstrates ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions.
    o Ability to work well under pressure, some tight deadlines and with ambiguity on some projects.
    o Experience with systems and software architecture.

Production Support

o Participate in on-call production support rotation.
o Jump into troubleshooting sessions to resolve production issues, and drive issue to resolution.
