  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The right candidate will have intermediate knowledge of digital strategy and execution, both in terms of creative approach and implementation. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), an ability to take on and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, and an understanding of client relationships are a must.

Responsibilities:

Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation

Build rapport and manage relationships with internal team members and clients to create and deliver all elements of each project

Generate and maintain client project schedules and track all digital work in progress using Accelo, Trello, or a related software (as we are considering a few alternatives at the moment)

Act as a client advocate within the agency, representing the clients goals and needs

Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budget

Champion proper usage of time management

Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively

Required Skills

A results-driven individual with a robust work ethic and proven capabilities in IT Project Management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.

Strong leadership, facilitation, and change management skills, essential for guiding cross-functional teams.

Preferred experience in healthcare-related projects.

Proven ability to operate independently with sound business judgment in a diverse communication landscape.

Experience managing multifaceted projects with competing priorities and timelines.

Qualifications

Substantial experience in IT project management.

A background in project management methodologies is strongly preferred.

Experience within healthcare and/or state government contexts is desirable.
