Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Position Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business users to define meaningful and measurable business cases, functional requirements, and technical use cases. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to design visual communications that enhance knowledge sharing. This position also involves working closely with peers to manage and update content on a content management system (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, define, and document accurate business cases, functional and technical requirements, and use cases.
• Develop clear and concise written and verbal communications tailored to both business and technical audiences.
• Work with team members to design, review, and update user interface materials for knowledge sharing purposes within a CMS.
• Create visual communications and graphics to support business development and knowledge management initiatives.
• Utilize SharePoint to manage, organize, and distribute key project materials and communications.
• Provide expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Visio, and PowerPoint, for document creation and visual presentations.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with business users to define business cases and requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences.
• Highly proficient in SharePoint for content management.
• At least 3 years of experience designing graphics and visual-based communications.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and production processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Visio, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience (Optional):

• Experience working in transportation operations or similar work environments.
