Job Details:

Preferred (Must have):
Should Have experience in setting up IDMC & Snowflake environment including its upgrade and hotfixes.
Should have experience working with customers and development teams to understand the requirement, do capacity planning and implement solutions.
Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and monitoring of Unix Servers and Implementation of best practices in Informatica & Snowflake Administration

User Administration:
Create and configure user accounts for individuals within your organization.
Define and manage user groups to organize users effectively.
Set up and assign user roles to control access privileges for different functions within IDMC & Snowflake.

Permissions Management:
Configure access rights for users and user groups. This includes permissions related to
Secure Agents: These are the runtime components responsible for executing data integration tasks.
Connections: Define access to various data sources and targets.
Schedules: Set up automated data integration jobs.

Runtime Environments:
Configure and manage Secure Agents and Secure Agent groups.
These agents execute data integration workflows and ensure data movement between sources and targets.

License Management:
Monitor and manage IDMC & Snowflake licenses for your organization.
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize license usage.

Troubleshooting and Monitoring:
Monitor the health and performance of IDMC components.
Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, connectivity, or job execution.
Implement best practices for efficient data flow.

Asset Management:
Import and export various IDMC & Snowflake assets, such as mappings, taskflows, Tables, Warehouses and connections.
Maintain a repository of reusable components for efficient development
Nice to have:
Experience in Oracle or Teradata or MSSQL databases.
DB Management.
Familiarity with the Informatica software security model and adaptability.
Knowledge of AD authentication models and LDAP integration.
Understanding of data quality paradigms and data governance concepts.
Exposure to DevOps methodologies and best practices.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize responsibilities toward meeting established deadlines. All within a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
Ability to lead large complex projects with limited direction.
Financial services and / or investment banking industry experience is preferred.
